Resizing panels issue on Linux on first entry

I using Linux only and here is a problem with resizing panel on first program entry (maximum view). Clicking on resize icon and back to maximum view problem is solved in current session, but reappear when program is started again.

I don't understand what is the problem:
By panel you mean the whole program window?
What exactly happens? what is the problem?
Which version are you using?

Panels inside main form.

This is obviously wrong alignment for all panels.
BTW, this is KDE distro.
