Arduino Shield Errors

I found 2 errors in the Arduino Shield:
1. The Arduino Shield only connects to the Arduino Uno (experimental).
2. The Arduino Shield is not saved in the circuit file. When opening the file, only the Arduino Uno (experimental) remains.

I think this is solved in 0.4.15-SR1.
Pin Ids has changed to solve this issue.
Before, pins where named as (for example) "PB5" and now they are named by pin number: "13".
