Now lable positions after flipped are not correct:

Horizontal Flipped:

This patch tries to fix it. Result:

Horizontal Filpped:

Updated:

- Handle position move by mouse drag.

- Also fixes: Label pos not correctly save/restored after undo/load.

I'm not sure why use 'int' instead of 'float' to save label position.

This makes position are slightly different after move and save/load or move and undo/redo.

This patch also includes changes that make label's m_labelx and m_labely  be float typed.
