PIC12F683 & 675 crashes when using CVref

Hello,
While testing comparator features of these PIC device, SimulIDE crashes after loading the hex files and starting the simulation.
The problem appears on 683 and 675 (both are very close regarding their architecture and features).
With MPLAB IDE it works within the limits of their simulator :-)

Thank you ! I forgot to mention it crashes with internal CVref feature enabled ; otherwise it works just fine with external Vref on CVIN-.
Both pics use the same VCON register as far as I could see from their datasheets.
