The plotter option when right click on probe is missing. I tested it on both Ubuntu 64 and Win7 64 systems. Regards.

Yes, this functionality has changed.

Now everything is done in the Oscilloscope, watch this video to have an idea:

I happen to experiment with simple circuit to generate a spike to close and open a relay. To do that in the Simulate version 0.13 with plotter was a breeze. As with most hobbyists, my experience with oscilloscopes is none. All my efforts to replicate the Plotter output with the Oscope failed. Can you give me some advise?

But you can start by setting a time division long enough, for example 500 ms.
