When I try to use the SERIAL MONITOR on Tiny84 and Tiny85, it does n´t open. Is it so with these controllers?

I'm don't remember exactly, but must be that those MCUs don't have USART.

Serial Monitor on Tiny85 and Tiny84.

There is no Uart in those devices so there is nothing to monitor.
