Pining and Naming of Logics weird

The position of the pin names and the trigger pin of logics in 1131@WIN10 is a kind of weird:

• The naming positions partly overlap with the borders and the inversion bar is moved
  
• The trigger pin is visible in the begining, but in the properties window, the trigger type is none.

This is Windows specific, I still have to debug it.

There is a problem with all enumerated properties.
I have to rewrite this kind of properties.
