Timer555 crash depending on voltages / impedance

In got 2 chrash findings with the timer 555 in the R941/R956 (@WIN10).
The two circuits are in the zip file attached.
Both are working fine at R927.
In the newer version simulide hangs after hitting the start button and gets shutdown some seconds afterwards.
