User from the forum http://www.nedopc.org / found missing files in the "bin" directory: avra.exe , gpasm.exe , ssleay32.dll ( http://www.nedopc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=19727&start=60#162974
An error was found in the 74HC139 subcircuit. Corrected subcircuit in the attachment.

The correct files have been updated in the download section (not including 74HC139).

Nothing has changed:
If the compiler executable is not found in the default location, then you can provide a path to some other location.
Indeed you can do it at any moment.
