How do I preview translations before uploading the official file for the next version of SimulIDE?

I tried to do the step by step steps shown in this thread, but it didn't work.

Unfortunately, there is no way. In early versions, the translation file was located in a special directory. It was possible to check the correctness of the translation by replacing the corresponding file. In modern versions, the translation file is packaged into an executable program file SimulIDE.EXE . The only way, from my point of view, is to compile the program from the source listings.
If I'm wrong, then let them correct me.

It's better for me because then I want to translate the entire simulIDE to leave it in Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) at once. And doing it without checking first is bad, because something always ends up going unnoticed.
