R1953 Patch UI improvement: component shortcut

- Auto select the newly created component.
- Shortcut for CCW rotate : "Ctrl+Shift+R"
- Shortcut for horizontal flip : "Ctrl+L"
- Shortcut for vertical flip : "Ctrl+Shfit+L"

I found that ctrl+L (fLip) is hard to be finished by left hand, but most key combinations for left hand are in use. Maybe Ctrl+E or Ctrl+G?

What about Ctrl+F?

Yes, but that is for Editor.
