R1867 patch: Pos of labels that's rotated 90/-90

In some components lik resisitordip and rail source, its var lable is rotated by 90 or -90.

In r1867, these component's label posistion is not correct as in the old version. This patch fixes it.

Seems that setting origin to middle of label breaks many things for old circuits.
So by now I will just disable it. There are too many things to do to get into this rabbit hole.
