The examples in examples/Micro/mcs-51/mcs-51_extint doesn't work.

Reason:
- configbits for Ext Int 0/1 in the MCS51.xml are wrong. Should be "EX0"/"EX1" instead of "IT0"/"IT1".
- INTTERUPT() call are not correctly handled.

This patch tries to fix them.
