Is it possible to have a MCU firmware window? Or a subwindow in the MCU monitor window?

It's function:
- Show the dissassembled machine code of the firmware(hex file).

- Highlight the current machine code (the addresss pointed by PC)
- Add/Remove breakpoint
- Step the code

You can use the Debugger.

There is some problem with 8051 in the development branch, but 1.0.0 should work.

No.
But maybe you can disassemble the hex file and run the debugger on that code...
