Digital clock on CD4026

I propose a scheme of digital clocks on CD4026 counters. The circuit is a functional analog of the clock on the Soviet microchips (K176IE3-K176IE5). Some complexity of the scheme is explained by the need to divide the frequency by 6, by 4, by 2. CD4026 is a divisor by 10. The second pulses are obtained by a divider assembled on 2 74HC393 chips.
