A clock with an alarm clock on Soviet K176 series chips

The proposed clock circuit with an alarm clock is based on the popular K176 series chips at the time: K176IE12 and K176IE13.

Slightly modified the electronic clock circuit:
# the K176ID2 decoder was used (developed in the USSR),
# a special LED display for the clock was used,
# the insignificant zero is forcibly turned off
