0-10V. Digital Voltmeter on Logic Chips

There are 2 schemes in the archive. Digital_Voltmetr_Final-MC14495. simu works in SimulIDE 0.4.13. SR5 and newer, except for SimulIDE 0.4.14. Digital_Voltmetr_Final-74HC4511. simu only works on SimulIDE versions 0.4.15 and higher, but only with the updated model 74HC4511 (I hope it will be available in the next update of the program). If you want to run a simulation of the circuit in SimulIDE 0.4.14, you need to replace the 74HC4511 or MC14495 with their functional analog (4-bit latch and decoder). You can request corrected models of these chips here. You must use synchronous counters. With asynchronous counters, the voltmeter will work with large errors.
