The adjusted values of the potentiometers are not saved when saving the schematic. Tell me please.

I can't reproduce the issue, for me values are saved in Linux and Windows versions.

Change the value and save, load the file and the value is 990 ohms.
Always 990...

Well it happens with the variable resistor, potenctiometer is ok, sorry for
the inaccuracy.

I see.. that's a variable resistor not a potentiometer, that's why I could not reproduce the issue.

Solved at Rev 1294.
