Crash on division by 0

While the simulation was running, i set the frequency of a microcontroller to 0 and it crashed

I have tested this and I see that Simulide freezes both in WAVE GEN and in CLOCK GEN to 0 Hz. w11 and in Ubuntu.

Solved at Rev 1280.

I have tested this and I see that Simulide freezes both in WAVE GEN and in CLOCK GEN to 0 Hz. w11 and in Ubuntu.
