Setting input levels for memory does not work for data lines

Hi, the voltage threshold for inputs of memory is used only for address lines, not for other pins.
By the way when the writing to memory is active (WE=0, OE=1, CS=0) the content of the memory does not change when the voltage at data lines is changed. When the voltage at address line is changed the data is written to memory immediately even it does not change logic level.

Tested revision trunk R1066 under openSuse 15.3.

Hi.
I think all the issues are solved at trunk Rev 1070.
