R853 might have difficulties with capacitors

The R853 (on WIN10) does show strange outputs with the example ...\examples\Active\OP_Amp\triangle_wave.simu and other capacitor circuits. It seems that they are considered as an open circuit.

The problem seems already be available starting from 0.5.15-RC10 but not in RC9.

Yes, looks like the problem is about capacitance value.
In some cases, the new Propery system is not getting the value correctly from old circuits.

Problem is solved (at least for this case) at Rev 866.
