How to connect a 74HC04 to voltage and ground

Pretty new to SimulIDE and I have some problems.

I want to connect a circuit with inverters (A 7004 or 7014) to four LEDs and some resistors.
However, I cannot connect the circuit to Vcc or ground.

Is there some trick to it?
In the image you can see that Vcc and GND is light blue and I cannot connect wires to it. The black connections work just fine.

The chip models in SimulIDE do not require a power connection.
