T1992, T1993_and T1994. NOT UPLOAD THE HEX FILE

I am not able to UPLOAD a hex file to the controller and have it work and compile the program either, No errors in the windows of Simulide. I have tested in UNO, NANO and MEGA (They stay like dead)... I am testing with the tinys... TINY 84 AND TINY85 seem to work well, it is very rare.

Any suggestions?

I have no problem to compile or upload hex files.
But there was an error in the reset preventing MCU to start.
I reuploaded all the files.

Remember, I am in W11, 64.

Try the new files...

R1994. Now it seems fine, in the morning I will continue with more tests, thank you very much.

After 5 or 6 hours testing the R1994 version, I haven't noticed a single error, so I'm turning it green and I thank you for such a good job.

I hope that this version is a worthy substitute for the legendary R1709 and becomes the new and advanced reference.
