R1830 fix: Memory table won't accept hex values.

In r1830, when editing memory table cells, the value is recognized as an oct number. If you want to change the value to 'FF', you must input '255', that's very cumbersome.

The patch recognize the input value as a hex number.

You can enter a decimal vale, for example 182, or an hex value, for example 0xB6
