Trimmed numbers in memory table of Ram/Rom

Hi,
when I use Ram/Rom and set number of data bits to more than 8 then numbers in memory table are displayed correctly with more than 8 bits. But when the circuit is switched on the numbers are trimmed to 8 bits only.
