Default unit for iocomponent input impedance

I suppose to change default unit of iocomponent input impedance from Ohm to MOhm to avoid exponential form of displayed number. Now the default value is 1e+09 and it would be just 1000.
Tested version 1.0.0 R1367

That requires to do it for each logic component one by one.
Exponential form is not that bad...

Sorry, I didn't realize that it is quite easy to do the change.
Solved at Rev 1375 and trunk Rev 1735 with some other minor issues.
