Hi,
could you explain the difference between the various trunks? Best regards, Enzo.

What do you mean various trunks?

1.0.1 is no longer maintained, I just removed this thread.

1.0.0 is last "stable" version.
trunk is development version (unstable).

Hello, thank you for the information! I think your work is fantastic! I am a teacher in Belgium, and next year, I would like to use SimulIDE in combination with Kicad for my classes (Currently, I use Proteus, but it's excessively expensive).
Kind regards, Enzo.

Glad to know you find it useful in your classes.

And good that you check it in advance to know it's capabilities and limitations (there are many).
Let me know about any problem you find to solve it.

Hello ,

May you provide a list of known limitations? You mentioned that there are many limitations.

Regards,

Enzo

By limitations I mean anything it can not do.
It depends in your use case, there are things that Proteus can do and Simulide can't, but the oposite is also true in some cases.

It could be about components not existing in Simulide or some features of some components not implemented or whatever.
So it's a good idea to try it first with your circuits and find which are the limitations in your case.

In any case we can try to solve any problem that might arise.
