ILI9341. Does not rotate with the library from ADAFRUIT.
(With a glass of Malvasia or Whitout)...

Hardware rotation is not supported and not sure if it will be implemented.
To get some context have a look at this post:

Looking at the video it does not seem to fit with the datasheet (if it's using hardware rotation).
But at the end I didn't understand how it exactly works from the datasheet.

I have decided to communicate this failure because in reality the rotation is posible with the lib of Adafruit, but not in Simulide.

Using the lib of Ucg (Ucglib.h) it is possible to rotate in the reality and in Simulide. With this lib I made the project #228, as you can see.

In the rotations it is necessary to take into account the limits of the coordinates, of corse, but it does not affect the dimension of the character matrix.

Conclusion. The body of this ILI9342 has some limitation regarding rotation, that it is manifestate with the Adafruit lib. Both libs have rotation command, and using it does not appear some kind of error, simply with Adafruit is not done, but with Ucg it works. Here is not rotation by hardware.

I think that Adafruit_ILI9341 library uses hardware rotation, which is not supported in Simulide.
