If I connect the loudspeaker to the generator at 1000hz, for instance, in the oscilloscope a perfect sinusoid is seen, but the sound is distorted and choppy, please tell me...

The Audio Out component never worked very well.
I think the simulation timing should be adjusted with more accuracy.
Let's see what can I do.

Another thing is that the wave should be -2.5V to 2.5V or decouple the speaker from DC.

The sound is VERY BAD again in r1299 (r1279 basically ok). I attach a test file (the same one that I uploaded to proyects). Tell me something, please. Remember W11.

The problem is about Audio Out impedance.
Before it was not working properly and the impedance was set to 100 Ohms.
Now that is working you need to adjust it or add some resistor in accordance.

I attach here an example (posted in projets made in simulide). Execute it in r1299 and in r1279 and observe that the time and the frequency are very different.

I have noticed that Simulide r1299 in general is much slower than the r1279. (r1290 has the same problem that r1299).

Tell me please.

That's the only difference, nothing else has changed In Audio Out component.

For me simulating this circuit does exactly the same in R1299 or R1279 (Linux and Windows).
Simulation speed is also the same.

Well, let me try it in another computer, actually I am using a laptop HP...

I have tested this usssue with the example that I include here and I have found...

1) In Ubuntu it seems that it works.
2) In W11 (3 computers), Simulide r1279, it works ok, basically.
3) In W11 (3 computers), Simulide r1299, it sounds but with SEVERAL lower tones. (I think this is because Simulide r1299 works VERY VERY slow on W11.) Compare it with 1279 and 1299 in the highest notes, please.

I am preparing tests of this hyper-slowness (SIDE r1299 - W11) of witch I am completely sure...

I attach an example to see in seconds the slowness of SIDE r1299 in W11. Compare it with a chronometer an observe that the slownes is almost 1 second. in other words 1 second is practically 2 in side. Tell me please.

I attach the project MATRIX CLOCK (#2-Defran)  from Side Projects. In it is vey eassy to see the slowness in the seconds. The project uses a RTC.

Are you running something else that can slow down the simulation or something like that?
