I open this thread in case you have some suggestions.

SCR:
Editable parameters:
Gate - Cathode Resistance.
Trigger Current.
Hold Current.

DIAC:
Editable parameters:
Off Resistance.
On Resistance.
Breakdown Voltage.
Hold Current.

TRIAC:
Editable parameters:
Gate - MT1 Resistance.
Trigger Current.
Hold Current.

Предложение. Сделайте модель динистора DB3. Самая распространенный динистор.

Предложение. Сделайте модель динистора DB3. Самая распространенный динистор.
Same thing than optocouplers:
We need to create generic models with editable parameters.
Then the user can create any model by editing parameters.

First question is: which parameter should we use?

I think these are the parameters we should use here:
Off Resistance.
On Resistance.
Breakdown Voltage.
Hold Current.

По одиночным диакам здесь немного другое. Я дам вам пример из программы Multisim 14.1 Там мы делали диаки с редактированием параметров и именно DB3. У них в железе тоже разброс по напряжению включения.
Вот какие параметры надо редактировать. Не знаю увидите вы там чего. Нижний - это тест по сигналу пиле на вкл. и выключение диака.

Вот эти параметры по виртуальной модели нужно ставить в редакторе.
