No settings values

There are no values in settings popups.
Is this just because WIP ?



(PS. I previously noted an issue in 0.4.15 where the popup would open off-screen when the component is near bottom but I see now is fixed.)

This problem is already reported, but I can't reproduce it in my system.

So I introduced a warning in bottom panel if some problen is found:

Your screenshot is the first report about this issue.
If you can provide some more (just copy/paste msgs here) I will probably be able to fix the problem.

The empty properties data is consistent (Both win764 machines)

Tested a few & some don't have warning but still no data (see txt attached.

If you cant find the cause can try adding some debug info in the message & I will copy it.
