R1910 patch: Tabstop position in code editor.

The tabstop width calculation in code editor is not correct. When tab size is set to 4, the real tab indent is about 5 characters.

This patch tries to fix it.

Great, I didn't realize this problem.

Patch applied at Rev 1916.
