Hello guys im want to learn a pic microcontroller i know esp32 and arduino and i have experience with eletronics, so i want a playlist on youtube or whetever for learn pic microcontroller, there something that u guys can suggest for me ??? thank you

Look at Great Cow Basic ... a very good BASIC PIC programmer ... lots of examples and a very supportive forum ... Evan Venn is one of the development team and he maintains a great selection of tutorial videos :
