It is made on mosfets. Instead of composite bipolar transistors.

This seems to me like an smart way to make the simulation much faster than the original "darlington" BJTs configuration.
It doesn't have the exact same electrical characteristics, but I think it is good enough in most cases.
And I think ULN2803 is working now, Mosfets had an error but is already fixed.
