Bug when Changing BusPinning in running Simu (1.0.0 R1130)

A kind of tiny bug:
When using a bus of multiple wires, the pinning of the bus can be changed while the simulation is running. However, this does not refresh the transfered data.

Situation:

1. Input site of a bus with different voltages (e.g. Bus bit 0 high and bus bit 1 low)
   
2. Output site with a single bit bus connector on start bit 1 --> output is low, when running the simu.
   
3. While running the simu, the properties of the single bit bus connector is changed: start bit 0 --> output does not change while simu is running. When restarting, the correct output is set
