SimulIDE 1.0.0-RC1 preliminary test results

Preliminary test results:

- Compiled from source.
Missing files in repository: "esp01.png" and "esp01_ico.png"

- Arduino Mega + Audio Out.
No sound. Animate doesn't show any activity on pin. Perhaps internal Mega timer not working?

- Arduino Mega + KY-040.
Incorrect rotary quadrature output.

- Arduino Mega + Serial print
"Open Serial Monitor -> USart1" doesn't show anything

- Arduino Mega pins.
LED_BUILTIN doesn't work.
Incorrect output at pins 31-35. It seems that only even pin output is right.

Confirmed:
- Mega Serial Monitor not working

Not tested:
- Arduino Mega + Audio Out (This depends on the code you use: PWM? which Pin?).
- Arduino Mega + KY-040.

There is a PWM problem solved at 1.0.0 Rev 673.
Probably realted with Audio Out issue.

Mega Usart not working solved in branch 1.0.0, Rev 704.
EDIT: other issues related to atmega640,1280,2560 config files solved in Rev 705.

Mega Incorrect output at pins 31-35. Was solved, bu wrong file uploaded.
Correct file  in branch 1.0.0, Rev 702.

Tested again at Rev 733 and everything seems to work right.
