New tests in Simulide 1.0.0-RC1 with Arduino UNO

I performed some tests for Arduino UNO verifying the operation both in Simulide 0.4.15 and in Simulide 0.5.16, some in Simulide 0.5.16 have problems, I enclose the tests with problems.

Some updates:
- EEPROM:
Confirmed problem: writing to eeprom.

- Digital Pins:
It is working correctly now (maybe not 100% correct).
Usart pins are being used, so PORT functionality is overriden for Pins 0 and 1.

- Timers:
Comfirmed problem: Timer Interrupts.

- ADC:
Confirmed problem: Left Adjust not working.

- EEPROM problem solved in branch 1.0.0 Rev 671.

- ADC problem solved in branch 1.0.0 Rev 672.

- Timer Interrupts solved in branch 1.0.0 Rev 674.
